Cold water, warm sauna, good people. Join us for a restorative Sunday for women that starts in the ocean and ends with connection.
How the day goes
Surf: Hit the water with the group. Choose a coached lesson or surf at your own pace alongside everyone else.
Sauna, breathwork & meditation: Warm up in the sauna, then settle in with a guided breathwork and meditation session.
Brunch & community time: Share a bagel brunch and get to know the other women in the group better. You’ll also receive a gift from our sponsor Beech Street Swim, a female-founded small-batch swimwear label, and get the chance to shop the suits in person.
Choose your ticket
Both tickets include the full day with the group: surfing, sauna, breathwork and meditation, bagel brunch, and a gift from Beech Street Swim. The only difference is the surf lesson.
Sunday Social + Coaching, $175
Includes a small-group surf lesson with an experienced instructor. Boards and wetsuits are provided. All levels welcome.
Sunday Social, $75
Does not include a surf lesson, board, or wetsuit. Surf alongside the group at your own pace. Only select this option if you’re a confident swimmer and comfortable paddling out in a variety of conditions. You are responsible for yourself in the water. Bring your own board and wetsuit. Don’t have gear? You can still join us by renting a board and wetsuit from a local surf shop.
Who this is for
Women in and around NYC who want a day of movement, rejuvenation, and real connection. All surf levels welcome. Come solo or bring a friend. Most of our guests arrive not knowing anyone and leave with new people to paddle out with.

We'll email the meeting spot and what to bring after you register. Rockaway Beach 69 is highly accessible by subway.
